Why Lodgix exists

Lodgix started with a simple problem: managing vacation rentals meant juggling a calendar, a channel, a payment method, and a spreadsheet, none of which talked to each other. The goal has stayed the same ever since: keep the every tool a host or property manager needs, connected and in sync, and keep the price and the product honest as the business grows.

We keep the team, the overhead, and the price of the product at a level that lets us move fast when the industry changes, and we would rather build fewer things well than chase every feature a competitor ships. Pricing stays public on the pricing page, and signup is self-serve, so you can see the product before you talk to anyone.

What we won't do

We don't build one-off options that only serve a handful of accounts at the cost of a clean interface for everyone else. If a feature does not hold up across a real range of hosts and property managers, it does not ship.

What we build

Channel management, guest messaging, automation, direct bookings, and payments in one platform.

  • Channel management across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and more channels through our channel manager
  • Guest messaging with AI-drafted replies you approve before sending
  • Automation that turns reservation events into messages, documents, and tasks
  • Direct booking websites that share the same calendar as every channel
  • Payments, agreements, and owner statements for the money side of the business
  • The Lodgix Admin app for your team and the Staylio guest app for your guests
