Direct connections to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, plus many additional channels through our channel manager including Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, and Marriott Homes & Villas. A direct connection syncs availability, rates, property data, and bookings through the channel's own API, and the table above shows email inquiry support and any additional fee for each one. Channels without a direct connection can stay in sync through iCal calendar import and export.
What do the additional fees in the table mean?
The percentage next to a channel is the connection fee for bookings that channel sends you. Rows marked None, including Direct Booking Website, carry no additional fee.
Can I add more channels later?
Yes. You can connect additional channels as your portfolio grows. The channels available through our channel manager can change over time.
