How is Lodgix priced?
By property count. Plans start at $79.99 per month, step up as your portfolio grows, and finish at the Unlimited Plan at $349.99 per month, which removes the property cap entirely. Property Management and QuickBooks are optional add-ons.
What are the optional add-ons?
Two. The Property Management add-on gives you owner accounting, owner statements, and an owner portal, so you can manage properties on behalf of other owners. The QuickBooks Sync add-on sends your guests, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online. Everything else on this page is included in every plan at no additional cost.
What happens as my portfolio grows?
You move to the next plan tier instead of a new product. Lodgix works for hosts and property managers of every size.
Do you charge booking fees or commissions?
Yes, but only if you integrate directly to the channels. Bookings taken through your own website never carry a fee. Fees apply only when you integrate directly with a channel, and our fee on Airbnb and Vrbo bookings is 1/2%. Most property managers pass channel fees to the guest in the form of a rate multiplier, meaning higher nightly rates. Guests expect to pay higher rates at the channels. Your lowest price should always be direct from your website, and our small fee on Airbnb and Vrbo bookings is typically baked into the higher rates passed through to the respective channels.
